笔者在学习教练之初,很大的一个困扰就是“好发表意见”,常常有很多的评判。主要原因在于自己在企业负责人力资源工作多年,而在企业里,由于受文化惯性、效率的要求、固有习惯以及受培训程度的影响,我们常常听到各种主观评判并身陷其中。
