A Coaching Model Created by Ruanling Chen

从上第一堂教练模型课之后，我就开始寻找形成我的教练模型的思路，然而一直没有什么进展，直到前不久，Chakra meditation（脉轮冥想） – Dudly & Dean Evenson的引导词触动了我，有了以下的感悟，我不太确定是否可以称之为模型，写出来与大家分享。
1st chakra – Root Chakra （海底轮）
“1st chakra, root chakra, I am grounded and supported.
This chakra is my foundation, the base that holds all the other systems in place.
I visualize myself as a tree with my roots extending deep into the ground beneath me, holding me up drawing energy from the earth, and giving me everything I need.
I trust that I am worthy to receive the abundance of the universe.
I am creating the kind of life I want.
I let go of struggle and fear as I feel this wonderful sense of support.
As I can extend my support to others, I experience a sense of grace that comes from being in balance with the world around me.”

Gounded在这里是指灵魂与身体合一并与大地母亲连接的状态，如果这个连接足够坚固，我们会感觉到更安全，更 能够感受到大自然。如果我们在日常生活中经历很多恐惧和焦虑，多半是我们不够grounded.
教练会谈需要一个安全的场域，教练自身的安全感对于共创安全的场域至关重要，难以想象一个自身缺乏安全感的教练会带给客户安全感去打开自己。
教练需要通过日常的练习以及对自我的探寻来增强自身的这种合一与连接的状态，需要在教练会谈之前做必要的能量上的清理，以利于在会谈中尽可能地达到及保持grounded，才能给予客户需要的支持。
另外，通过教练会谈，帮助客户找到grounded的状态，并且可以运用到生活中，帮助客户在达成目标成果之外，逐渐建立客户自身的支持系统，增强可持续实现目标的能力，才是达成“教练人而不是教练事”。
可以随时汲取能量，获得支持并支持他人，在生活中无论面对顺境或逆境都能保持的稳定感，确信自己值得拥有富足，可以放下挣扎与恐惧，创造自己想要的生活， 这不是教练与客户都期待的吗？
2nd chakra – Sacral Chakra （腹轮）
“2nd chakra, sacral chakra or creative center, I am creative and connected.
This is my creativity center, my center of passion and enthusiasm.
I apply my creativity to all areas of my life. I especially apply my creativity in the realm of my relationships.
I use the element of water to help me flow in and out of all situations without letting negativity or challenges obstruct me.
If challenging emotions do come up for me, I can express and release them in a loving way without holding onto them.
As I do so, I can clear out any blockages and avoid build-up toxic emotions that could hurt me later.
I am creating for myself a life with beauty and harmony that focuses on my spiritual and emotional wellbeing.”

“我把我的创造力应用于我生活的各个领域，特别是应用到我所处 的各种关系当中去”。
关系其实无所不在，我们与自己的关系，与他人的关系，与团体的关系，与系统的关系，与大自然的关系，与宇宙的关系。。。。。。离开了关系，某种程度上说”我”并不存在。客户的议题和困扰，抽丝剥茧之后，往往会与上述 的各种关系中的一种或几种有关。
如何在各种关系中，尽量减少不健康的情绪造成的阻碍和对自己的伤害，需要发挥创造力。而如何与自己的创造力连接，是一份功课。
就拿教练与客户的关系来说，这个关系需要教练与客户共同发挥创造力来形成并维护。当不健康的情绪产生的时候，首先需要会谈的场域足够安全，双方对这段关系有足够的热情，才有可能以爱的方式表达和释放那些情绪，而不是执著于那些情绪，以致于对关系造成不必要的破坏。在很多时候，教练是客户的榜样，教练做好自己的功课，才能在必要的时候示范给客户。
3rd chakra – Solar Chakra （脐轮）
3rd chakra, solar chakra, or power center, I am one with the power of the universe.
From the healthy functioning of my 3rd chakra, I direct my attention to carrying out actions I deem important to my values and direction in life.
I am empowered to be the director of my life.
I make healthy choices and have a good level of self-esteem.
I make sure to balance my own willpower and compassionate consideration of others.
I do not impose my power on others, but rather, I use my font of energy to empower them and give them confidence.
I intend that my will and the will of the universe are the same.

教练在会谈中随时可能需要做“决定”。教练的临在和状态受很多因素的影响，问出怎样的问题和使用怎样的工具在某种程度上说也是一种“决定”，一种瞬间做出的决定。在做这些决定 的时候，如何在同理与关怀客户的基础上关照场域里能量的流动，不将自己的能量强加给对方，而是运用自己 的能量帮助客户赋能，使客户增强自信，是教练的功课。
教练会谈的最终目的是行动，会谈的成果是通过客户后续的行动体现的。客户通过教练会谈被赋能，能量中心被激活，根据自己的价值观做出决定，制定行动计划，承担行动的责任，成为自己生活的主导者，是教练会谈最有意义的成果。
4th chakra – Heart Chakra （心轮）
4th chakra, heart chakra, giving and receiving love, I give and receive unconditional love.
This is the powerful central chakra between the physical lower chakras and spiritual higher chakras.
As I breathe in deeply and fully, I honor the love that is flowing to me and through me.
I accept the love from the universe, and I really give back my own love to the world around me.
In the process, I become a magnet and attract more love and I am filled with the blessing of unconditional love.
As I swim in this delicious sea of love, I remember to honor and love myself.
I forgive myself for anything that I have ever done that does not measure up to my values and standards.
I forgive others as well and the wonderful power of love blesses me.

可以说心连接了我们自身的物质世界和精神世界。我想没有人会否认自己对无条件的爱的渴望。给予爱是一种能力，接受爱是一种能力，爱自己也是一种能力，能够感受到来自宇宙的爱更是一种能力。
教练对于客户，只有出于无条件的爱，才能真正地听到客户说出口和没有说出口的话；才能真正地尊重客户的价值观，尊重客户的情感，尊重客户的选择，尊重客户的真实；才能真正地考虑客户的利益；才有可能做一面不走形的镜子，让客户可以看到及面对真实的自己。
客户对于自己，只有出于无条件的爱，才能真正地接纳和允许，从而发挥自己天赋的潜力，遵从真实的自己的真实的意愿，过自己的生活。
教练会谈便是教练与客户共同努力，看到这种爱，感受这种爱，给予与接受这种爱的场域，并随之让这种爱在生活中得以流动。
5th chakra – Throat Chakra （喉轮）
5th chakra, throat chakra, communication center, I speak my truth clearly and kindly.
I speak with integrity and listen to others thoughtfully.
Anger does not arise in me because I feel understood.
Anger does not arise around me because others feel understood.
When necessary I can be strong and firm, yet always, I communicate from a place of love and respect.
People trust me because I am constantly seeing things from their perspective, not just from my point of view.
My intention is clear and I can create the life I want to have through my clear communication which brings about healthy relationships.

聆听是沟通的基础，thoughful包含了专注，服务以及为对方的考量。在这样深度聆听的基础上，表达是沟通的另一个要素。
我的体会是，在教练会谈中，教练的表达最好简单直接，当语言出于爱与尊重的内心，坚定且意图清晰的表达是最有效的，也可以赢得客户的信任。然而这样的表达是需要教练在自己身上做很多功课和练习的。
6th chakra – Third Eye Chakra （眉心轮）
6th chakra, the brow chakra or third eye, my mind is clear and open to divine wisdom.
From my healthy 6th chakra, I am creating my ideal world with my thoughts.
I make a space for the inner wisdom of my intuition, and the light of my higher self can come through.
I can adjust my perception of my world to reflect the clarity and perfection that I know is possible.
I can see from a broad perspective the situation around me and beyond me.
As I focus on this, life for myself in a positive vision of my world, my life is constantly improving.
And as I become more and more clear in my inner visioning, I am better able to manifest my dreams and live a life of divine purpose.

学教练以来常常听到一句话：“我们的思想创造了我们的世界”，然而真正理解它却着实不易，相信我们每个人都有天赋的智慧更是说起来容易做起来难。
教练需要经过对自己的工作，连接自己的内在智慧，相信自己直觉，才能在教练会谈中让这智慧显现出来，不陷入客户的故事中，从更高的维度，以更宽广的视角看眼前的情况，从而帮助客户转换视角和思维。
而会谈是客户对自己工作的一种方式，经由会谈，如果客户可以连接自己的内在智慧，可以觉察并相信自己的直觉，就产生了良性的ripple effect，我们是不是就渐渐走向天人合一了呢？
7th chakra – Crown Chakra （顶轮）
7th chakra, crown chakra, higher spirit, I am one with the infinite all my higher self angelic guidance.
This chakra is the gateway to the spirit and my higher self.
All the wisdom of the universe is available to me as I open the channel to divine sources.
I cultivate my awareness of this connection through a daily practice of meditation and prayer.
I let go of any negative karma of past actions, events, or thoughts and let go of anything that may be holding from this recognition of my divinity.
I am beginning to understand the deeper nature of life and see the inter-connectedness of all.
I recognize my place in all old schemes of things and open myself to spiritual guidance that will help me take advantage of the gifts I have been given, so I may truly live my purpose.
I am the eternal soul part of the infinite and I am learning to live in the present moment.
As I do so, I feel a deep sense of heavenly bliss.

来到这里，我仿佛看到了终极的快乐。
当我们可以与高我连接，可以随时将宇宙的智慧为我所用；当我们开始理解生命的本质，开始看到世间万物之间内在的连接；当我们接受高我的指引，学习活在当下的每一个时刻，我们将会活出怎样的生命和意义！
存在的意义是人类终极的思考，教练与客户合作的探寻，于教练，于客户，都有着非凡的意义。
最近，我对“Who you are is how you coach”这句话有一些感悟，在教练会谈中我渐渐看到更多的自己，我与我的教练一起工作之后自己的变化也在教练会谈中有所体现，我渐渐有一些明白何为教练要用整个人去做教练，可能也是因此，这些引导词才如此地触动我。教练要激活并尽量平衡自身所有的能量，与宇宙连接，与自己连接，带这样的能量进入会谈，从而与客户连接，激活客户的能量，使客户也可以与自己连接，与宇宙连接，以达成与宇宙本源一致的目的。
