Emotional question:
1, How are you feeling?

Lee recently in charge of the marketing department needs to investigate her coach Wang faced with issues. The following is their coaching process.
Lee: good coach. I recently had a lot of difficult issues to deal with.
King: Well, you talk about what are the issues?

Lee: Yes. This year, the company requires marketing department to organize promotional activities with the sales department. Lee: I feel very depressed, helpless, no confidence.
King: If one day you can be very smooth deal with Zhang in charge, how would you feel?
Lee: ah ….., will feel good ah. I feel relaxed, confident, bottom of my heart, very happy ah!
King: Let us look at what is in the way you are. If the supervisor to communicate with Zhang frustrated, what does this mean for you?
Lee: ah, I would feel humiliated, very sad! Superiors may question my ability, my colleagues think I’m weak, and he is unable to accept this themselves.
