The month has flown by and the good news is…….shortly we will have our next ICA get together. In April we held our first ever Shanghai gathering. Some great sharing took place around the ICA program and coaching in general. A big thank you to Catarina and Lynda for their assistance in arranging this very successful inaugural meeting.
This month we would like to warmly welcome all ICA students, alumni and aspiring coaches in Shanghai (English program), to join us for our second get together.

- Sharing of a Coaching topic by the group – 30 mins. (Please let me know what topic you would like to discuss here. Any ideas?)
- Demo Coaching – 30 mins. (Would be great to see some demo coaching. Can we have two volunteers?
- A coach and a coachee. Come on don’t be shy!!)
- Sharing of new knowledge, findings, learning in coaching – 30 mins
- Closing and designation of the organizer for the next gathering – 30 mins
