她有20年的跨国企业工作经验，聚焦于人力资源策略和管理。她拥有北京大学医学院药物科学、北京大学-香港中文大学心理辅导与治疗的硕士学位；毕业于国际教练学院ICA，并获得国际教练联盟ICF的专业教练资质PCC。
Qi Chen is a senior coach, trainer and consultant who works with individuals and groups, to help them clarify the complex and uncertain situation, be aware of their true needs, discover and leverage the resources both inside and outside to achieve their goals. She believes each individual is unique, valuable and willing to grow; and is passionate to support them to exploit the advantages, unleash the potentials and realize the dreams.
She has 20 years of experience with MNCs, specialized in Human Resources strategy and management. She obtained a master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Medical Schools, Beijing University and a master’s in Psycho Counseling & Therapy at Beijing University – Hong Kong Chinese University jointly. She graduated from ICA and acquired PCC from ICF.
