The B.E.S.T Model is based on the belief that everybody has the great potential to find and achieve the BEST of oneself if life is a journey for people to grow.
B.E.S.T 模型的设计是基于我们相信:如果生活是一段自我成长之旅,那么每个人都有巨大的潜力发现并成为最好的自己。
From this perspective, coaching is a process to partner with the client on his life-long journey to achieve the BEST of oneself.
为此,教练会谈可以理解为陪伴客户在其人生旅途中不断发现并实现最好自我的一个过程。
This model offers a structure of exploring who we are and how we achieve the BEST self. This is primarily a self-awareness tool designed to help the client understand that everybody has his/her own unique and talents which are the great resources can be made fully use of to achieve the BEST of oneself.
这个模型旨在提供一个框架结构帮助探寻“我是谁”“我如何实现那个最好的自己”。通过自我觉察,客户理解每个人都有自己特质和才干,并且懂得如何“自我掘金”充分利用自身资源区做到那个最好的自己
The B.E.S.T Model is suited for the clients who want to make changes happen in his life, including his work, health, life style, financial, relationships which they feel stuck, burnt out or emotionally helpless,or simply want to make things better.
B.E.S.T 模型适用于那些希望生活有所改变的客户,包括工作,健康,生活方式,财务,关系等等方面让自己感受到纠结,矛盾或无助, 或者只想让一切变得更好。
Therefore, the B.E.S.T Model is not only a powerful tool used in coaching situations, but also fit for self-coaching.
因此,B.E.S.T 模型不仅可以运用于教练会谈之中,还可以作为自我教练的有效工具。
